Restoration

Cavities start when deep grooves/pits in the tooth collect bacteria. Brushing your teeth can help remove most bacteria, but only flossing can help remove bacteria between teeth.

The location of the decay and the extent of the decay will determine how the tooth can be restored.

Crowns

There are several reasons for needing crowns such as: Large decay present, not enough tooth structure left to hold a filling. After root canals are performed, teeth get very brittle and need a crown to prevent them from cracking Cosmetic reasons, to improve smile and straighten teeth

Bridges

In the case of missing teeth, bridges can be performed by crowning teeth on either side of the space and bridging a false tooth in between
